Due to the neglect that Charlie Boy had
suffered, we immediately took him to the vet for
an assessment of his health and his chances of
recovery. He was seen by Michelle Weaver at
Look Ahead Vet. He had his teeth power floated,
received a thorough examination that included a
blood panel to determine any underlying issues,
and it was determined that there was no medical
reason for his severe weight loss, he had
elevated enzymes in his liver, but with proper
nutrition he would make a full recovery.
Charlie Boy was only bones.
