Work Day Is Canceled |

We
have some unfortunate news, we received a call last week from the owner of the
ranch that we are renting and due to unforeseen circumstances, the owners have
decided to place the ranch back up on the market. Our staff and volunteers have
worked very hard to get set up and to
make this property work for our rescue efforts. We were hoping to be here
through the winter, but if there is a buyer, we may be forced to move. We had
planned a work day for October 8, but we have decided to cancel it.
Our efforts should be directed to finding property for Norcal Equine Rescue to
buy so we will have a permanent home for our rescued equines. We are looking for
at least 6 acres of property in Butte County and hope that you will keep your
eyes open for us. |
Our new winter business hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 PM Sunday
through Thursday. Except for equine emergencies, staff will be on site to
assist with your questions, comments, answer the phone, or if you want to drop
by and say "Hi."
