Gidget
is a very sweet sorrel mare, 14 hands, 13 years old, Morab, NER # 195.
She is one of the sweetest horses we have had in our rescue in a long time. We all have
fallen in love with her already, she is a real sweetheart and is very vocal
about it.
Gidget is recovering from anemia and ulcers in her mouth. She
lost a lot of weight and almost her life, through the recovery process. She is
available for adoption at this time to only a prospective adopter who will keep
up on her health issues to make sure that she does not become anemic again.
She is trained to ride and will be a great horse for someone was
looking for a loving horse that will be their best buddy.
Adoption Fee: $1000.00 |

Raven
is a rare jet black, 11.2 hands, 10 year old, Maltese BLM Burro, jenny, NER # 194. She is in
great health, sweet to work with, has been trained to pack, has been used for
cart driving, however her owner said she is really to shy and unsure to be used
in a driving environment. She halters, leads (when she wants too!) and
likes to be groomed. Her coloring is very rare and unusual, she is jet black
with no markings!

Horse gelding that was
unwanted by his previous owner, who after owning him for approximately 3

Zoro
is 17.2 hand, 16 year old, Friesian
-Thoroughbred cross, gelding, NER # 191. He is very gentle and has had
lots of experience with children riders. Zoro had stringhalt
in his right hind leg that required surgery, he is very underweight

auction, where he absolutely had the potential to be bought by a "Killer
Buyer", his future was very grim indeed because of his medical
needs.

Splash
is a 7 years old, 14.2 hands, gray,
registered Quarter Pony,
gelding, NER # 193. He has been through so much in his short life, it is just
terrible.
No horse should have to go through what he has gone through. Splash
has galloped down Highway
99 being chased by police cars until he ran into a car, has been starved to
nothing but bones, has been
tied up with the ropes in a barbaric training method, and more, there's just too
much to list here,
you can find out more on our web site.
Splash will remain at our facility in rehabilitation until he is
emotionally stable and properly trained.

We
made head line news on the front page of the Oroville Mercury-Register

newspapers, radio stations, etc. We are lined up to be in more newspapers soon.
We have been on the radio with announcers, stating that we need donations. We
