Horses Needing Homes! |
We
have a lot of horses needing homes right now. Please
consider adopting one of our horses, give them a chance
at a new life, and we will have room for another horse
that is waiting to be saved right now.
These horses need a home, someone to love them and give them the life
they deserve. Each one of these horses has a special
story, most would be dead right now if we had not saved
them. Please give them a chance, give them a home.

 Our
hay drive was a huge success! Thanks to everyone who
donated to raise the money to buy the much needed hay!
1000 bales! We've always drooled over the semi loads of
hay going down the freeways, well, now we can stop
drooling. We had 2 double trailer semi loads of hay come
down our hill! We just cannot thank all of the generous
donors enough who made this possible. The horses
absolutely love the new hay!!! All of the horses
loved watching it come in and be stacked up, you know
they were licking their chops just waiting for a bite!
It is so nice not to have to worry about getting hay for awhile.
But a special note to our hay sponsors: we will be
saving your sponsorship funds for when we do require
more hay, and we greatly appreciate your generous
support!
The next auction rescue fund has already been generously
raised, thanks to the generous giving of many
supporters. We can't wait to see what sweet horses
we will save at the next auction!
Here is a quick note from our founders, Jason and
Tawnee. "Hello Fellow Horse Lovers, thank you so
much for your dedication and support, both emotionally
and financially. You are the life blood of NorCal
Equine Rescue, keeping the heart beating stronger and
harder every day. There are so many horses that
that have touched our lives in so many ways, those
horses move on into their forever homes and touch the
lives of others showing that rescued horses are just
like any other creature. They need love, care,
attention and a forever home. Again we thank you
for your care and support."
So far this year we have saved 118 equines! Help us save
more horses from abuse, slaughter and starvation. |
